In the shortest time, test the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction. The test box is divided into two parts: high temperature zone and low temperature zone. The test sample is placed in the moving basket. The unique heat storage and cold storage structure is adopted. The cylinder drives the basket to move up and down in the hot and cold tank to complete the hot and cold temperature impact test. Objects include metals, plastics, rubber, electronics and other materials, which can be used as a basis or reference for their product improvement.
The difference between two boxes and three boxes:
The two slots are composed of a cold box and a hot box, the box does not move, and the sample is tested in the manner that the hanging bar is switched between the cold box and the hot box.
The three tanks are composed of a cold box, a hot box and a test box, and are tested by means of air flow conversion of the object to be tested and the cold box and the hot box.
