I. scope of application
Mask Flame Retardant Tester HZ-9505 of respirator is used to test the combustion performance of surgical mask after contact with flame at a certain linear speed.Through propane as the combustion power source, the system is equipped with a metal head mold, the mask into the metal head mold, the metal head mold with the rotation speed can be adjusted, set a certain speed and height, through 800℃ high temperature combustion, observe and test the flame retardant performance of the respirator.

3. Instrument characteristics
The fixture of the mask is a metal head mold of the human body, which can fully simulate the actual use state of the mask.
The burner is equipped with propane (liquefied gas) and other combustible gas interface.
Burner height adjustable.
Automatic timing and positioning of burner.
Combustion time, flame retardant time are automatically recorded, digital display.
Equipped with flame temperature measuring probe and flame temperature display.
