Working principle of gantry fully automatic optical image measuring instrument: after the workpiece to be measured (placed on the workbench) is illuminated by LED surface light or contour light (inside the base), the image of the measured part is captured by the zoom objective lens and the color CCD camera cover, and then transmitted to the computer and monitor through the S terminal. The software uses the video crosshairs generated on the monitor as a reference to aim and measure it. The optical ruler is driven by the workbench to move in the X and Y directions, and the coordinate values of each point in space are obtained. The coordinate values are transmitted to the computer through the adapter card, and the measured coordinate values are programmed for automatic geometric calculations to complete various automatic data measurement and automatic data collection tasks.
