Instrument reference standard: MIL-I-49456A (insulating sheet, thermal conductive resin, thermal conductive glass fiber enhancement); GB 5598-85 (determination method of thermal conductivity of beryllium oxide porcelain); ASTM D5470-12 (test standard for thin thermal conductivity of solid electric insulation material), etc.


Instrument features: with automatic pressure, automatic thickness measuring device, and connected to the computer to realize automatic control.The instrument uses a 6-point temperature gradient detection to improve the test accuracy.Can detect the thermal resistance curve under different pressures, use the optimized mathematical model, can measure the material thermal conductivity and thermal resistance and contact thermal resistance at the interface and several parameters.

Widely used in institutions of higher learning, scientific research units, quality inspection departments and production plants of material thermal conductivity analysis and testing.
