HZ-7039U Thermal Conductivity Tester Transient Probe Method

HZ-7039U thermal conductivity tester adopts the transient probe method, which is suitable for measuring the thermal conductivity of high viscosity fluid, glue, particles, powder and other materials.This instrument combines the hotline method with the probe method, while greatly improving the portability of the operation, the user only need to insert the probe into the test sample, through the simple software click operation can obtain the test sample thermal conductivity, especially suitable for soft materials and shapes of finished product testing and field detection.

1.Measuring range:0.01～5.0 W/(m·K)
2.Pressure resistance range: conventional detection is normal pressure (high pressure device can be selected according to user experiment requirements, 0-10Mpa, 0-15Mpa high pressure detection, the cost separately)；
3.Temperature range: conventional detection is room temperature, (the temperature control system at different temperatures according to the user experimental requirements, such as-20- -100℃, 0- -100℃, room temperature- -120℃, etc., cost separately),
4.accuracy:<±3.0 %，
5.Sample shape: liquid, colloids and loose solids.
6.Sample dosage: length not less than 10cm, diameter not less than 3cm (dosage is related to the size of the assigned probe)
7.Measurement time: 5 minutes,
8.Instrument Reference Standard: ASTM D5334-2014 Test method for determining the thermal conductivity of soil and soft rock by thermal needle detection method.
