HZ‑6001A carton compression tester is professional test equipment for compressive performance of cartons and various packaging containers. Adopting dynamic holding‑pressure technology to simulate warehouse stacking working condition, it evaluates compression‑resistance and impact‑resistance of packages during stacking and transportation. Test results provide critical reference for packaging structure optimization and packaging design. This machine is used for compressive strength test of cartons, containers and other packaging structures. Driven by Taiwan AC variable‑frequency motor and synchronous belt, gap‑free ball screw delivers precise and stable lifting movement. It is fitted with US high‑precision explosion‑proof load cell, and displacement is measured by Japanese high‑precision component. Under microcomputer control, dual‑LCD screen displays four groups of data simultaneously: compressive strength, maximum crushing strength, displacement and carton deformation. Built‑in printer can automatically output complete test results. It meets multiple domestic and international packaging test standards for stacking simulation of various paper packaging containers.
