This series flat hot press is core processing equipment for various molded & non‑molded PVC and rubber products. It is also applicable for thermosetting plastic, foamed rubber‑plastic forming.

Equipped with independent actuating unit and electrical control system with centralized button operation. Working pressure and heating temperature can be adjusted within specified range. Two operation versions are available: manual operation and semi‑automatic operation. This hot press features high‑level automation, simple operation, energy‑saving and environmental‑friendly performance with reliable overall performance.

This hot press machine is a hydraulic machine mainly used for vulcanizing PVC and flat belts including conveyor belts and drive belts. Its core function is to supply required pressure and temperature for vulcanization process. Pressure is generated by hydraulic cylinder from hydraulic station; heat is supplied by internal heating tubes. The control system consists of high‑low pressure pump motor, solenoid valves, vulcanization timer, motion instruction module and alarm function module.

It is widely used for vulcanized adhesive products such as conveyor belts and drive belts, pressing PVC, rubber goods, foamed plastic and bakelite thermosetting plastic.

Suitable production articles: O‑rings, mobile phone & keyboard & remote‑control rubber keypads, pressure‑cooker sealing washers, household mechanical accessories, food, health‑care and medical‑related rubber‑silicone parts.

It also supports complex silicone, PVC and rubber components: nipple, medical supplies, artware, toy seals, conductive rubber/PVC, automotive & industrial rubber‑PVC parts, medical silicone products, sports equipment and multi‑layer composite articles.
