Difference between steel bar tensile tester and steel bar tensile meter

1、 The shape of reinforcement tension tester is different from that of reinforcement tension meter:
Steel bar tensile testing machine is a large-scale test equipment, mainly including two test spaces. The upper space is usually used for tensile test and the lower space is used for compression and bending test. It is composed of some materials of steel structure. Its weight far exceeds the limit that the human body can bear without the help of external force. The equipment must be moved through certain equipment, such as forklift, etc; The steel bar tension meter is a small equipment with simple operation and portability. It needs to be used with other equipment and instruments. That is, the anchor tension meter often used in the market.
2、 The functions of reinforcement tension tester and reinforcement tension meter are different:
Reinforcement tension meter is used to test the firmness of the combination of screw and foundation parts. It is widely used in tunnel operations such as coal mining, national defense and transportation. It is a handheld device, which is mainly used in engineering quality detection, and is more suitable for mechanical measurement or gravity weighing.
3、 Their structures and characteristics are different:
The steel bar tensile testing machine has an independent hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil output by the oil pump motor unit enters the oil delivery valve block through the high-pressure oil filter. Adjusting the flow of the oil delivery valve can realize the rising, falling and loading speed of the piston. At the same time, adjusting the oil return valve can more adjust the test force and maintain the load. The oil return part of the oil delivery valve is connected with an overflow valve and an electromagnetic reversing valve to realize the hydraulic clamping of the sample. By controlling the reversing of the electromagnetic reversing valve, the oil can enter the clamping cavity or release cavity of the clamping cylinder in the upper and lower beams respectively, so as to realize the clamping and loosening of the sample. The superimposed relief valve can adjust the clamping system pressure.
The reinforcement tension score is divided into manual oil pump, matched with hollow oil cylinder and connected with high-pressure rubber pipe. The oil in the manual pump body has two high and low pressure channels and corresponding valves. Therefore, under light load, a large amount of low-pressure oil and a small amount of high-pressure oil enter the oil cylinder at the same time, so that the piston rises rapidly. Under heavy load, the low-pressure oil will be unloaded and discharged back to the oil pipe automatically, so as to reduce the force required by the pressure rod and reduce the labor intensity.
