Operating procedures for high and low temperature tensile testing machine:
1. Install the fixture. Select the fixture according to the sample. If the fixture has been installed on the testing machine, check the fixture, and set the limit device according to the length of the sample and the spacing of the fixture.
2. Open the software of tm2101 tension machine, click setting → online → COM1, and operate.
3. Click control scheme selection → modify (select corresponding test control scheme, input test speed, shutdown mode and other information)
4. To clamp the sample, first clamp the sample on the collet close to one end of the force sensor, clear the force to eliminate the self weight of the sample, and then clamp the other end of the sample. You can point up and down to control the clamp distance.
5. Click start test, the equipment will test according to the test scheme set by the software, and save the test data after the test.
6. After each sample is tested, the test results will be displayed at the right end of the screen. Then click test result → test result selection (select or modify the required report parameters) and click "output word report" to generate the test report, print or save it.
Maintenance of high and low temperature tensile testing machine:
The service life of high and low temperature tensile testing machine will be longer only after maintenance. The following points should be paid attention to in the maintenance of high and low temperature tensile testing machine:
1. The temperature control meter, timer and other functional parts on the control panel shall not be used in the following places: falling water, splashing oil or places with a lot of dust, places with steam or corrosive gas, places outside the house, places exposed to direct sunlight for a long time, and other places where the specified temperature, humidity and impact will be exceeded.
2. The switch and power switch of the compressor of the high and low temperature tensile testing machine shall not be switched continuously in a short time. The switching time shall be more than 5 minutes or longer, otherwise the refrigeration compression machine will be damaged
3. During the test of high and low temperature tensile testing machine, when the door of the test room must be opened, please be sure to turn off the machine power to avoid danger. If you do not turn off the power, please pay attention to safety (the observation window is selected).
4. If frost (FOG) will be generated in the test room of the high frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer after long continuous use or when the door of the test room is opened, the frost (FOG) must be removed before testing.
5. When the test is completed, please turn off the power supply and remove the frost (FOG) to avoid ponding and icing, affecting the test and water rust.
6. Please wipe and test the high and low temperature tensile testing machine frequently, and the operator shall be responsible for keeping it. If there are abnormal problems with the high and low temperature tensile testing machine, please immediately assist in troubleshooting and repair or the company. Do not continue to use abnormally to cause major damage, and please use it according to the operation instructions to avoid improper use.
