HZ‑2011 water‑cooled xenon arc aging test chamber is artificial accelerated weathering aging equipment developed for adhesive industry. It is suitable for pressure‑sensitive tapes, double‑sided tapes, adhesive films, label adhesives and medical adhesive plasters. It simulates composite outdoor environment including full‑spectrum solar radiation, water spray rainfall and alternating temperature‑humidity to carry out light‑heat coupled accelerated aging test. It evaluates discoloration, pulverization, substrate cracking, peel‑strength attenuation, holding‑power retention and bonding durability of adhesive samples after light aging. It provides accelerated‑aging test conditions for adhesive formula R&D, raw‑material screening and finished‑product weathering‑reliability verification. Widely applied in adhesive‑manufacturer R&D laboratories, QC departments and third‑party inspection institutes.
This chamber adopts cold‑rolled spray‑painted steel outer shell and SUS304B stainless‑steel inner tank & sample holder. It is equipped with 6.5 kW water‑cooled xenon‑arc light source, Ao‑Shang xenon‑lamp power supply, trigger and isolator from Shanghai. Taiwan Weilun touch‑screen controller, Beijing Kunlun Coast irradiance sensor and black‑board temperature sensor are adopted to real‑time monitor irradiance, black‑board temperature, chamber temperature & humidity. Program editing is supported for alternate cycle modes of light‑on, dark‑period and water spray. Refrigeration system uses French Tecumseh compressor, Italy Karstu electromagnetic valve, America Danvers expansion valve and DuPont R23/404 refrigerant. Rotatable sample turntable ensures uniform light exposure for adhesive specimens. Over‑temperature protection and various relay safety‑control components are integrated. Hollow tempered‑glass viewing window allows observation of sample aging change. It complies with GB/T16422.2, ISO4892‑2, ASTM D904 and other light‑aging standards for adhesive products.
