HZ‑2008 QUV UV accelerated aging testing chamber is fluorescence‑UV artificial weathering equipment developed for adhesive industry. It is suitable for pressure‑sensitive tapes, double‑sided tapes, adhesive films, label adhesives and medical adhesive plasters. It simulates composite outdoor environment including solar‑ultraviolet radiation, dew condensation and rain water‑spray. It reproduces aging effect of adhesives that would take months or years outdoors within days or weeks. It evaluates yellowing & discoloration, pulverization, substrate cracking, blistering & delamination, peel‑strength attenuation and holding‑power retention after UV exposure. It provides test basis for adhesive formula development, raw‑material screening and finished‑product weathering‑reliability verification. Widely used in adhesive‑manufacturer R&D labs, QC departments and third‑party inspection institutes.
The cabinet is numerically processed from 1.2 mm SUS304 stainless‑steel plate for high durability and corrosion resistance. Equipped with 8 ATLAS fluorescent UV lamps, optional UVA‑340 / UVB‑313 / UVA‑351 lamp types plus 4 spare lamps. Three simulation systems are integrated: UV irradiation, dew condensation and water spray. Condensation mode generates high‑temperature steam from water tank to reach 100%RH for simulating outdoor dew erosion. Water‑spray system realizes thermal‑shock and rain‑washing effect. Temperature is fully controllable; optional radiometer enables closed‑loop UV irradiance monitoring. Stainless‑steel / aluminum‑alloy sample rack holds up to 48 pcs of 75×150 mm standard adhesive specimens. Auto water‑filling for tank and U‑shaped drainage prevent heater dry‑burn. It complies with GB/T16422.3, ASTM G154, ISO4892‑3 for adhesive UV aging. Can cooperate with tensile & holding‑power testers to test bonding mechanical performance after aging.
