HZ‑2004A (1000L) programmable constant temperature and humidity testing chamber is large‑size environmental simulation equipment developed for adhesive industry. It is suitable for pressure‑sensitive tapes, double‑sided tapes, adhesive films, label adhesives and medical adhesive plasters. It simulates high‑low temperature, constant damp‑heat and alternating hot‑humid environment to carry out damp‑heat aging, temperature‑humidity cyclic storage and accelerated aging test for adhesive products. It evaluates peel‑strength retention, holding‑power stability and bonding durability after aging, providing environmental‑simulation test conditions for adhesive formula improvement, finished‑product reliability verification and incoming‑material inspection. Widely used in adhesive‑manufacturer R&D labs, QC departments and third‑party inspection institutes.

This chamber adopts SUS304 stainless steel for inner & outer tank with high‑density thermal‑insulation layer. It is equipped with Korean TEMI880 Chinese‑English color touch‑screen controller, which can store 999 sets of programs, support fixed‑value control and multi‑segment programmable control. RS‑232 communication interface is available for PC connection to monitor and record temperature‑humidity data. The refrigeration system adopts French Tecumseh compressor with air‑cooled / water‑cooled option. Multi‑wing centrifugal fan provides forced convection circulation to ensure uniform and stable temperature & humidity inside chamber. Complete safety protections include compressor overload, high/low pressure protection, over‑temp & over‑humidity protection and water‑shortage alarm. Standard accessories include viewing window, Φ50mm test cable port and sample shelves for adhesive sample placement and external test connection. It complies with GB/T2423, IEC68‑2, MIL‑STD‑810F and other domestic & international environmental‑test standards for aging and reliability environmental test of tapes and pressure‑sensitive adhesives.

Multi‑segment programmable control: 999 sets of editable & stored programs. Freely set temperature, humidity, holding time, heating/cooling rate, automatically complete full cyclic aging workflow, matching various accelerated‑aging test conditions for adhesive industry.
Touch‑screen HMI & data communication: Korean TEMI880 color touch‑screen with Chinese‑English switch. RS‑232 PC interface for real‑time monitoring and export of temperature‑humidity curves & historical data.
Excellent temperature‑humidity uniformity: Forced air‑duct circulation system guarantees high uniformity inside chamber, realizing simultaneous test for large‑batch adhesive samples with good repeatability.
Practical configurations for adhesive test: Built‑in sample shelves, viewing window, Φ50mm test port for connecting external tensile / holding‑power testers to realize combined aging‑mechanical‑property test.
